Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available for digital files once the files have been downloaded from PrintableHenry.

If you have accidentally purchased an item twice, please contact us for a refund for your duplicate purchase.

Once you have made a purchase, a link to download the files you have purchased will be sent to the email address you have provided.
