BASIC LICENSE: You may use the clipart images up to 500 times on items that you create yourself (no third-party printer or POD). Each license covers clipart for ONE PrintableHenry clipart kit and the Add-On kits associated with that Custom kit. Digital downloads of pre-made designs are not allowed.
EXTENDED LICENSE: You may sell an unlimited number of physical items that you create yourself. (no third-party printer or POD). Each license covers clipart for ONE PrintableHenry clipart kit and the Add-On kits associated with that Custom kit. Digital downloads of pre-made designs are not allowed.
POD LICENSE: If you work with print-on-demand companies or third-party printers that manufacture goods on your behalf, you are required to have a POD license.
You may sell an unlimited number of physical items on the POD site that has licensed the PrintableHenry artwork. Each license covers clipart for ONE PrintableHenry clipart kit and the Add-On kits associated with that Custom kit. Digital downloads of pre-made designs are not allowed.

Offering PrintableHenry files in a Facebook Group or other Google Drive is strictly prohibited, and a violation of copyright.
Selling or giving away PrintableHenry digital files is prohibited.
Sales of digital items created with PrintableHenry clipart is
prohibited and a violation of copyright, with ONE exception: A
customized portrait.
A customized portrait, created uniquely for a customer, may be
delivered in a digital format. You must note to the customer that the
artwork is for "personal use only, commercial-use is prohibited." This notice must also appear in advertising or listings of shops when digital delivery of custom portraits are offered.
A commercial license does not transfer copyright. All copyright remains with PrintableHenry.
WATERMARK REQUIREMENTS
If you post images of
PrintableHenry clipart online to show various customization
options, you are responsible for protecting the clipart by overlaying a
watermark, adding text over the art, or layering the artwork to prevent the artwork from being stolen directly from your site. (A
watermark grid is included with PrintableHenry kit, or can be downloaded
here: http://bit.ly/WatermarkGrid.)
